I am really delighted to be part of this forum although I have not contributed any of my knowledge or experience yet, the resources and the wealth of knowledge that sets here is really helping me to enhance my knowledge in the HR field, that being said; I would like to ask if you could assist me with any sort of training pertaining to HR metrics and Matrixes along with Scorecards, I am the HR manager of a company that owns and runs a very sophisticated shopping center and most of our employees are distributed around Management , administrative and engineering with a management scope.
