we will plan to conduct office decoration competition in our office for Diwali. every employee we give one week time period. and final contest will be select on 23rd oct. please help me how to announce this event circular for all employee.

Why dont you try to draft a circular and send it to us here so that we can correct it ? When are you going to learn writing ? Or you are going to ask for help like this throughout your career ? What is your qualification ? Please tell me......
They say that instead of giving fish to somebody daily, teach them how to fish ? That is what we are doing here. It is easy to draft a circular here but then when will you learn ? Buy a English Grammar Book by Wren & Martin and at the end, they have given sample letters. Or google here for draft letters. Choices are many. Much depends upon whether you want to learn or keep asking for help throughout your career. You need to make a beginning some day somewhere.. why not here and now !
