Kindly help me anyone actually my friend before marriage used father first letter after marriage used her husband first letter and also all proof id including adhar card also entered husband first name but now the majour mistake is initial problem that pf office said need school certificate or birth certificate but my friend don't have a birth certificate and school certificate. kindly help me any one any possiblilities to get PF amount

Hi, I was an employee of an organization starting 2011 and left in 2013 with certain PF contributions and later joined another organization.
Now that everything has gone online, I created my UAN but my profile is not taking or showing certain details like Gender, father's name etc.
I tried modifying my details with linking Adhaar and Pan but its not taking. I am asked to file a JOINT DECLARATION FORM, for they(PF toll free) say, that my employer has not filed these details and unless these are filed nothing can be done. While employer is saying they don't have this form or they have filed. I have no clue.
I tried searching for this form I am getting 2or 3 different forms. Kindly help me find this form for correction in my PF account.
