Dear All, Need some input on following points
1. What are implications due to GST on contract ( Contract period short (1 Mnth) & Long term(1 Year) people?
2. Will the contract person applicable for PF deductions, gratuity and leave benefit.
1. If we depute any person for long term assignment after ceasing his Indian employment will this attract GST?
2. For overseas deputed person, we pay salary in USD; will GST be applicable on USD salary? What about the implications on refund status?
3. If we take these persons on payroll with overseas deputation on consolidated amount. What will be the PF, gratuity implications?
4. If someone deputed overseas then can we still continue paying his PF in India?
