Dear Manbir, Please log in to your ESI IP Portal with your ESI Insurance Number to check your eligibility under ESI Act for Maternity Benefit. It appears that you have not gone to ESI Dispensary before commencement of your Maternity leave from may-2017.Please note that if you are not entitled for maternity benefit under ESI Act, you are entitled for Maternity Benefit under The Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, payable by your Employer.
