We are in the process of up skilling the HR team in our organisation and are looking at training program offerings on the lines of Analytical Abilities, Recruitment Strategies, Assessment centers, Performance Management, etc.
We would like to have training programs conducted by someone who is a veteran in the HR fraternity and a Traner with exposure to real life application of the above topics and preferably an IIM.

While you have given your requirement for the training programmes, we members of this forum, who are outsiders, expect complete information from a training professional like you. Please confirm what is the nature of your industry, what is total employee count, as of now what HR practices do you follow and did you measure their effectiveness, other than HR professionals what training programmes do you conduct for the employees and how do you measure their effectiveness and so on.
While training is one part of the employee development, employees also need to participate discussion that happens in the various HR forums including this forum. In this forum, members raise queries of all hues. Replies their queries is also one of the means of self-development. What is your track record in this segment of personal development, this assessment we would like to leave it you.
Lastly, about your preference of trainer from IIM. While setting high standards is laudable objective, nevertheless, have you done any market study to assess how many HRs with their IIM background have measured effectiveness of their training interventions in general and other HR interventions in general?
Whether from IIM or otherwise, hardly any HR becomes CEO. Therefore, whether from IIM or otherwise, all HRs are birds of the feather, why you would like to discriminate?
