Hi All, Needs suggestions on R&R ceremony for a start up organization... How it should and what important needs to be covered in the same..

You can start this with motivational speech for employees including names of best performer in the organisation give them reward in front of all senior and junior staff.
You can also include some team building activities,plays,competition,etc
As it is a start up you can set some targets for employees in this ceremony
