Please help me out....
I had joined company on MAY-16 on prolation. I got leaves 2-CL, 2-SL for 6 month as per leave policy of company. But when probation completed I was extended. But no leaves provided. But as per policy CL N SL applicable for probationar.
Where as on Jan-17 ,as per internal software system 6 leaves generated in my account. 2 of each SL,cl n Pl .still I was on probation.
I am confirmed on April-17.I requested HR for updation of leaves. HR subtracted system generated leaves from updated leaves BT saying it was it was system error.where as system generated leaves should added in updated leave (Leaves got fir Aug-17 to Dec-17)and no PL generated where I am applicable for PL as per labour law..
228 present out of 245 days from may-16 to Dec-16...
