I am a manager in pharma company. Local union members threatened my medical representative to join union. My M.R. Refused to join union. Now they are threatening me and my M.R. What should I do?

The act of any management or manager directly or indirectly threatening any employee not to join a union of employees is an unfair labor practice which is prohibited u/s 25T of the I D Act,1947. Similar is the position when the same is done by the trade union. If they make such attempt again and you really apprehend any physical threat, lodge a complaint with the Police and inform your management.
