I am working in a central government organization on contract basis.(not oursoursing. direct recruited by principal employer.)
I applied for 15 days paternity leave.but the head of the institution rejected it.he told that there is no provision for paternity leave or other kind of leave for contractual or daily wage employees.I am geting 1 leave per month.if i took more leave loss of pay.if anybody have any order please inform me.
