I am working with a Pharma company and have recently joined here and have our registered office in Gurgaon. Our sales team is working in all location at PAN India level but we do not have any office those locations. The ex HR has mentioned on their appointment letters that their working location is their reporting location, due to which we are facing the compliance issue as we can not charge LWF for all those locations where we do not have registered office. Hence, their appointment letters have to modified, saying that their reporting location is Gurgaon so that we can charge LWF. But as the appointment letter can not be modified as they are issued on their DOJs, hence i want to issue an additional letter for this information update.
If somebody can please guide me that what type of letter to be issues to them, subject, content etc.
