Can any one suggest;
As per the Contract labour Act registration is compulsory for the employer to employ 10 or more worker. However, the project is already started but we have only 2 worker at site.
Should i wait till reach the specified limit of 10 workers.
OR
Should i initiate for the registration and for obtaining the labour license.
