Hello, I have just joined an IT start up as an HR. My organisation is covered under Gujarat Shop and Establishment Act.
I want to know how shall I frame policy regarding Marriage Leave. I am fresher and I have just joined the firm a month ago. And I am currently handling all the HR activities here. I have no knowledge and pretty confused after reading few discussions on Marriage leave policy in the companies. It would be great if anyone could suggest me as to how shall I frame them?
