I was working in a bpo, As I was not well I have informed to the training manager about that. he said as per the policy, we will not provide you any leaves in training period. So I informed him that I couldn't able to come due to unhealthiness and I was bed rested for 8 days.then I received termination letter from my organisation and after 2 mnths I received full and final settlement recovery letter. I spoke with the HR also but no help.
I have the medical documents also when I admitted hospital.So, what's need to be done. Please help me out.
