Yogita,
The salary slip is to be given to you by the company. If you make the same, it will be treated as a fake. So ask your company to provide you with your payslip. Also, if you are working as a consultant, then the break up may not be there.

Hi, Thanks for your reply... I am not making any fake salary slip I just want to check how much hra, special allowances and other things of basic salary for my own knowledge.

Dear Yogitha, You have stated that your Company is deducting TDS @10% Please Peruse your TDS Certificate to know the details/Breakup of Payment received.Alternatively you can also refer to your Appointment Letter.Are you Employed as Employee/Consultant? Why TDS is deducted @10%

Salary bifurcation of Rs. 300000/-Annum i.e. Rs.25000/Month
1. Basic Salary Rs.6250/- (25% of Monthly Gross salary)
2. Dearness allowance(DA) Rs. 1500/-(6% of Monthly Gross salary)
3. Additional Work Allowance (AWA)Rs.3000/-(12% of Monthly Gross salary)
4.Variable Pay Rs. 11750/-(47% of Monthly Gross salary)
5.Medical Allowance Rs.1250/-(5% of Monthly Gross salary)
6.Conveyance Allowance Rs.1250/-(5% of Monthly Gross salary)
**As per Income Tax slab for Individual tax payers for Year 2017-18 -Income fom Rs.250000 to Rs.500000 @ 5%

I have recently joined in a company placed in New Delhi a week ago, i have recently come to know here that my company works on 6 months probation period, and then confirms the employees to be permanent.
Therefore, they provide the salary in cash and do not provideany salary slips till 6 months.
Hence, there is no proof of the employees working here till 6 months.
Please help,
