Individual Employee Registration New EPF Unified Portal
Step 1 : First login to new unified EPF ECR portal with your existing user id and password. After that click on member and then select register in drop down menu.
Step 2 : After clicking on REGISTER-INDIVIDUAL we will get an application form to register individual employees. In that form fill all the detail like employee name, date of birth, employee’s father name and monthly gross salary and date of joining. You can add KYC details later also.
Step 3 : After entering all those detail click on save and then we have to approve the individual employee. For this click on approve which will appear on top right side of your screen. Once you click on approval then the member is added in to active members list in your establishment.
If any error appears then click on APPROVAL in member menu and preview the employee details and again select approve , if you want to reject then click on reject. After success full approval the following scree will appears that employee was approved successfully.
