Dear Sir,
I want to know how to decide the categories of worker and what Govt. regulations decide these categories i.e. worker is unskilled, Skilled, Semi Skilled & Highly skilled.
Kindly Help Me.

The Industrial disputes Act 1947 and the Minimum wages Act 1948 refer to this classification/categorization of workmen into these categories and the notification issued by the respective state Governments under Minimum Wages Act lists out the workmen that fall under different categories.
