after 6 complete months contribution, but below 9 yrs , the employee can withdraw the entire amount from EPF, subject to TDS or form 15G submission ( if gross amount with interest exceeds 50000/-)
use composite form 19 and 10C (in duplicate) for withdrawal
Dear Mr Ravi Kiran,
PF Withdrawal amount will comprise of your Contribution & Employer Contribution together with applicable interest credited to your Account. You can withdraw PF after Leaving Service.you have to be continuously un employed for 2 Months. After leaving Service, if you join another Company, you can not withdraw PF
Please note that EPF is a Retirement Fund & not a crisis Fund. Please opt for Transfer of PF as and when you change your Job.By doing this you will be eligible for Pension & EDLI Benefit in case of death while in Service. After Retirement only withdraw your PF Amount
