Dear all, Please tell me that can we submit contractual labour in ER-1& ER-2. If no then what is the reason for not adding?

Dear Satish,
Please note that, every employer is suppose to follow employment exchange compulsory notification act,1956 by their own. When you are putting up details contractual labour details in your ER-1 and ER-2 data then you are basically counting those employee as your regular employee. So please avoid putting contractual employee details in ER-1 or ER-2.
