Dear All,
Iam raj working as associate human resource in a startup concern my company started in 2009 and i've been working as HR for past one year.
i) My company already have leave policy, incentive schemes, insurance , medical reimbursement,PF,ESI,Sexual Harassment policy,Travel & Reimbursement,Employee code of conduct, Benefit, compensation,separation policy,exit interview.
So apart from all those above mentioned stuffs what are all the policies and amendments that i could bring into my company as HR which will be "good to have". can anyone guide me by listing out all other policies and amendments which i could introduce in my concern.
