Hi all, I have worked in a pvt ltd company for 2 months and im not interest to continue my job there so I had left the job without any intimate. After 5 month I got recovery notice and they mentioned in letter " for f&f worksheet separation as per appointment letter you have to pay immediately Rs.5,714 to complete relieving formalities and to release exit letter."
So what I have to do for above and if I didn't pay that amount what will happen?

Dear Sendil,
You have been given a appointment letter and that has a exit clause, just absconding from the job is uncalled for under any circumstances.
Now, if you do not pay the notice period, the company can file a case against you and can recover the money from you, also, they can inform your current company that you have left them without the clearance ( hope you have not submitted a fake relieving letter), thus creating a negative impact on your current salary.
Also, in future, in case of background verification, this will be a negative in your BCG.
So,its your call to pay or not. The company can demand the same as per the appointment letter clause.
Regards,

Dear Sendil,
If you donít show such experience (2 month of that company) in your Resume also if your current employer does not want/requested for Reliving/ experience letter, then I donít think there should be any problem.
