Just go through your study material once again and find out what is the scope of implementing the knowledge that you had gained in your course. What is the use of accumulation of knowledge if you do not implement it?

HR is a vital field. Knowledge of various acts related to IR, Compliances, factory, establishment, labour etc will sure value added in enhancing your capability in HR role. However, if you are not happy with the current job, you may go for whatever make you feel happy with eternal peace. LLB is good option, you can continue in same field and if you are more passionate then go for practice where you can do a lot for social cause.
