How to reward employees for achieving their targets, give good suggestion, on no leave or no late marking etc.,

very simple..
If u have such broad outlook and sympathy towards ur employees..and intentention to protect hardworking meritorious employees there are several ways.
1.Name publicity on the notice board...first step..c the result.a lot of mouth publicity and internal group discussions start among co employees.
2.Disbursion of merit certificate in the company trade union vs.management gatherings...
3.Next finally comes financial benefit...declare vehicle advance or incentive of double increment for 6 months..etc
go ahead sir ur intention is laudable...These are HR technics.
