Dear Friends..
I solicit your help in formulating a VRS Scheme, We had launched a VRS Scheme few month back, which was offering 3 Months Basic Pay for the remaining years of service, However the VRS scheme filed to elicit any response as there was feedback from workers that amount given is not adequate. Now we trying to create an conducive environment for VRS by initiating disciplinary action against the Habitual Absentee so that they opt for the VRS scheme when it is announced.
I need your opinions and advice and if you have any VRS scheme which you can share.
