PF - company asking me to fill PF form - not mentioned in offer letter

I had a query regarding PF, Company had not given me PF as same is not there in Offer letter as well. But they are asking me to fill the PF form - Is it ok to fill the same or should i not fill the form?

PF form 11 is mandatory to get filled by all employees. Employees who are paid salary basic over 15000/- and did not have any EPF account in their past service/s have option to not join the EPF
