I am working for a small Organization here my package is 3.2 L.pa, the company will pay Monthly cash to hand , Now I want to change the organization where they are asking for Salary slips, Can any help me in this regard. How can it be calculated for 3.2 Lp.a.
Thanks & Regards
Sony

Hi,
Kindly inform on below queries.
1. Does the Rs 3.2 lac include your Fixed and Variable?
2. Do you get PF or Form 16 ?
3.Are the any monthly deductions in your salary.
Salary components can vary from having just Basic, DA, and Conveyance to having a multitude of allowances. Hence a salary slip varies from individual to individual.
Salary Slips are issued and authenticated by companies. In employee reference checks you will face issues if you make your own salary slip. So refrain from doing it.
If you get salary in cash, then the best option is to ask a salary certificate (on company letter head) from your company. Inform the company what details you want on the salary certificate.
The company may be reluctant to give it as they may infer that you are considering resigning. But you can always say that for some loan requirement you need the letter.
But get an authenticated letter from the company for salary details.

Hi,
Thank you for your valuable suggestion. Yes it includes both fixed and variable. No there is no PF.
To hand I will get 26000. Could you please suggest or is there any particular format so that I will request my company to give me on company letterhead.
Thanks & Regards
Sony

You need to inform your company to provide a letter which states that you are a bonafide employee of the company.
Your DOJ is ………………. and Designation is ……………..
Your salary as per company records is as under
• Monthly Gross
• Monthly Net
• Annual Gross

Hi, Thank you so much for your valuable .suggestion. Thanks & Regards Sony
