Dear All, I have completed my MBA in HR from SMU distance learning and working as an Admin Assistant. I have 2 years of experience after HR i.e. 1 year as recruiter in consultancy and 1 year as Admin.
Is it suitable if I go for industrial and labour law course by distance education. Will it be valid.

If you ask me I’d say you already have an MBA. Better understand the practical aspects in labour laws - PF, ESI etc rather than enrolling in a one year course. Best!
