I Would like to inform you that here store , our store manager Mr.Kumar has gone, yesterday and take out his salary in cash Rs. 28310.Without any information, even me also from cash counter.

Dear Mohit,
You wanted a draft of the warning letter, however, it is not understood why Store Manager will take salary from the cash counter? has the salary for the month of Jul 2017 not been disbursed or what? If yes, then what is the justification for the delay?
Last sentence of the first paragraph reads "Without any information, even me also from cash counter. " Who are you? What is your designation? Are you the owner of the store? Do you have SOP for the movement of cash from the cash counter? When Store Manager took some money from the cash counter, did he sign somewhere or just picked up the cash? Has he reported for duty today? What is his reply/defence for taking cash?
