Hi All,
I believe that this is the right platform to ask for suitable guidance for HR, I have 1year of experience into HR Recruitment and did't found it interesting, i always wanted to work in HR Generalist,Training, compensation or in Performance Team.
so I am in search of job in Bangalore, where i can utilize my innate skills and that interest of work which provides mutual growth.
If anybody in group can guide me to find suitable job opportunity or how i can enter in my area of interest, is highly appreciable.
Thanks for your time reading my thread....Awaiting for immediate response from all.

Your heading is quite misleading. According to that, Recruitment is not part of HR, right ?
Human Resources is everything from Recruitment to Retirement. Even Industrial or Employee Relations is HR, Topics are quite vast..
Whether a job is interesting or not is up to the person concerned. Any job, if you keep doing over and over again, will become boring. Much depends upon how you conceive the work to be. It is up to you to make it interesting, challenging and worth the time you spend your time on.
What is the guarantee that the job that you may get as a HR generalist may become boring, one month down the line !
So change your mind set first. You can justify the switchover as your interest to learn new things in HR which it can offer, as mentioned above. It is better to be well -informed on all aspects of HR and learn every aspect of HR.
Join some platforms like National Institute of Personnel Management, attend their meetings regularly and you will get to know the practical aspects of other HR segments.
Best wishes
