Hi Experts,
I have close to 3 years of relevant exp in IT recruitment (both permanent and C2H) in consultancy services and few months in corporate too.
Am highly frustrated working for target based role in HR functions. My bad luck - unfortunately i was placed under disloyal managers - in fact continuously, as a result i lost stability, which is very difficult to survive in hard core revenue generation. Am really tired to be awake all time to fight for my credit though i have successful ratio as 7:10 but in system actual performance will not reflect. I have faced in corporate too. Second, MY JOB IS SECURED ONLY IF THE CANDIDATE JOINS, which is not in control at every time; though i have proven records for sourcing quality profiles, where attitude and behaviour cant be found in the same.
Leaving all, really urging to get in to non-target based role in any other HR functions itself. But neither i hold specialised graduation actually to get into nor hold any experiences. I have a plan to study PGCHRM course in XLRI, Jamshedpur or HRM course in MSSW. Which one is better? or do i have other options to get into? Kindly share your suggestions and inputs to pursue my career in a better way.
Regards
Abinaya

Dear Abinaya
Hoping you are working in the same organization from last three years and considering that you don't love your job anymore, I would suggest you to go for a change. As you mentioned that you don't have have relevant degree so i suggest you to get one while working. also search for better opportunity many companies and consultancies hire people on the basis of their experience and not their degree. you just have to search one if you are so frustrated as it seems. Also you said you have experience in corporate ,i just want to tell you that there is no such thing as loyal managers. one should just believe in their skills. work speaks believe me... Try n go for generalist Profile, any course is good as far as you can answer questions relevant to your field. That's completely your choice choose wisely.

Hi Aniket,
Thank you for your time. Actually i have changed two different organisations due to this. Yes i tried for generalists profile too but many organisations requires an experience generalists. If not unable to match CTC on which am not so keen.

Dear Abhinaya
It is clear from your narrative that you need change. Now to do it wisely as Aniket has suggested, As a Clinical Psychologist & Career Counselor and HR Trainer , I think you should take a interest inventory or if you contact me on mail or on phone I can help you better. How ever statistically it is found that those who enjoy public speaking and meeting new people can become Soft Skill & Personality Development Trainer.
