I am working as HR Executive in automobile company. I prepare monthly training schedule after discuss with trainer & HODs, & share with trainer through email, so should I share the monthly training schedule with trainee also via email.

Yes, timely issue of circular on the training programme helps the HODs and Trainees to prepare themselves. Therefore, issue the training programme calendar to all i.e. Trainer, HODs and Trainees at a time. For HODs, timely information helps them to plan their operations accordingly.
