Hey Friends,

My question is that.... if someone is working on weekly off ...How it shall be compensated??
1. Can he eligible for Overtime
2. or he can eligible for Compensatory off??

or he can eligible for both overtime & Compensatory off.??
kindly give me solution with reference to rules mention in act.

Your question is related to Factories Act or the Shops and Establishment Act. Specify, your industry and the capacity of the person for whom you have asked the question.

As per Act he has to be given with Compensatory off on or before 10th day .

you need to give both, compensatory off withing 10 days and double wages
