I started job hunting after being relieved from my previous company and began attending interviews. Within 15 days, I was shortlisted by two companies, one of which was a larger corporation. The bigger company informed me via phone that I was shortlisted but did not provide an offer letter.
I had to decline the other company's offer as the larger company assured me that they would release the offer letter within 2-3 days. However, even after a month has passed, the offer letter has not been released. Every time I contact them, they mention needing an additional 2-3 days, keeping my hopes alive. Due to my interest in joining this company, I find it challenging to focus on other interviews.
I have reached out to various individuals in their HR and IT departments. While they assure me, the letter has not been released, leading to increasing frustration due to this delay.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to proceed in this scenario.

Dear Manoj,
You made a mistake of trying to catch the bird in the bush while letting the bird in hand fly away. So now you are empty-handed. If they are taking more time, then surely you are not their first choice to join that role; they are only keeping their options open if the first choice does not join. So I suggest moving on. Give interviews and join a descent organization. The brand is not everything; peace of mind and other things are equally important. Put the incident behind and move on...
