We want to appoint same employee for multiple locations. what are the provisions.

Dear Shiv,

A person can be physically available only at one location. Therefore, what is the point in hiring same person at the multiple locations? You may hire the person at the head office and tell him to work at specific locations on specific dates or days. You can create a monthly timetable and issue him. This will bring him clarity as to where he should be available, on which date and the time duration also.
