How can we exempt employees from PF Contribution who are drawing more than 25,000/- salary? If they are already in contribution.

I have clarification regarding pf limit Rs 15,000/-

if employees joined morethen 15,000/- can we deduct his contribution of 12%
pls inform me details
some of the employer say it is not necessary so I have confused

Yes,

We need to contribute PF amount every month by 15th. It is mandatory.

one new employee joined may 2017 but his salary is 20000/- but I understand that I have deduct his contribution up to 15000/- only balance 5 000 I should not deduect

Dear Kashinath,

with consent of employer, you can deduct the PF on Rs.20000/- also. basically, PF is deducted on the basic pay. if his basic is Rs. 20000/- then you can deduct PF on Rs. 20000/- with the consent of employer,
