I had joined a startup 1 month back. I had worked their sincerely for 1 month. I have job joining mail also with salary breakup, they didn't give me hard copy of offer letter ,they also opened my salary account, but at end of the month they said that your performance is very low so you leave the job, when I asked about my salary they said, what do you mean by salary you have not done any work. So please suggest me what should I do

Dear Ankush,
Take proper clearance from your company. Complete the normal separation procedure. Once everything is over, wait till 10th of the subsequent month. Later send a letter by registered post for the non-credit of the wages. Mark a copy to the labour officer of your area. However, go and personally submit the hard copy to the labour office. If the employer does not reconcile, then make a application to the labour officer to intervene. Hopefully he will help you. If he does not then come back again and confirm what challenges did you face.

Yes there are some companies in nashik also not paying salary to employees .. I have also faced same issue. My almost 3 months salary pending and they have not released salary till time.

What was your role and how did you work? Did they gave you a terminal to work on, they must have created your mail id also? Did they give you any identity card?
