Dear All,
I am not able to get UAN Numbers for new employees due to problem with seeding of Aadhar details which has become mandatory. Every time it is showing mismatch of the Data of Birth, etc. In the absence of UAN Numbers it is not possible to remit the PF contribution in respect of new employees. No suggestion from PF office except to say it is mandatory which ever body knows. This is not the fault of employer who is feeling pinch of it. Please let me know solution.

Enter all the details as per aadhaar card. If year of birth is mentioned in aadhaar........ download aadhar card again there is probability that date of birth has been updated. GOI has rectified the aadhaar card where YOB was there, Now DOB is coming on newly downloaded aadhaar card of same person. Enter Name, DOB , Fathers name exactly as Aadhaar it will be registered. sometimes server error comes or aadhar authentication failure but retry...... it will save after one or two try.

we too faced similar problem. Please try now, as the PF department has upgraded there site. Now we have completed all the new joiners in the site. If you do not have aadhaar you cannot create or link an employee for payment. If your creating New UAN please use details as per Aadhaar. If employee has only Year of birth specified in Aadhaar (example 1980 then use DOB as 01/01/1980) it will accept this format only.
