Dear Premkumar,

meaning of UAN is Universal Account Number that mean, employee is supposed to carry the same number for all his employment. The best option will be to ask him to withdraw amount from other 2 UAN numbers.

He can apply for PF transfer. employee has to use Lastest UAN and has to apply for PF transfer from Previous employer account to current pf account in Online transfer claim portal of PF department.

Hi Premselvi,

As per the latest changes By the EPFO Organisation, they have introduce the latest Form-11 (Revised) [see the attachment] and transfer his old PF amount to the new UAN number.

Employee can update all his/her UAN numbers in his portal of registration. [link below]
EPFO || For Employees

and register all his/her UAN number over there, that will help him/her to take the all PF out [if needed]

Is it correct that different UANs can be transferred to one.? As far as i know one can add more then 1 account under one UAN and transfer PF from one account to another account.

but transferring from one UAN to another, i have not see any case yet...

request others to show some light on this...if you have come across any case like this...

here in our company in multi UAN case we suggest to close the previous accounts and use the latest one...and henceforth use only One UAN.
