From Dec.16 onwards we are receiving different type of payment confirmation challan(attached for reference). Now our CA raise query that "How we can find, this payment is done before 15th of every month?" He says there is no date, bank name. My question is whether attached challan is right? Or any other format is there, on which date & bank details are also available? if yes then please provide me the path.

On your PF home page there is query: Print pay challan. Click on it & mention month. You will obtain 'Remittance Confirmation Slip' of the month. The slip contains date of payment & amounts of each account head.
