Dear friend,

You have told your problem of refusal of your employer to release you in time. However, before mentioning your problem, you could have told us about the nature of your industry, your designation, how many persons report to you etc. This information helps us in assessing the provisions of the applicable labour laws.

As per the appointment letter that issued to you when you joined, what is the notice period? Are you completing the notice period fully or partially? You have written that "my current employer refusing to release me and not honouring the email". Employer means exactly who? Have you received any communication from the MD of the company? Is it by mail or has he told you verbally?

There are so many questions associated with your post. Please give reply to each question above. Give additional information that was not asked to you. Solution can be provided only when complete information is at hand.
