Dear all very good morning... in our company we do deduction for late coming employees. but one employee who never bothers about his deduction. he continuously is coming late without any intimation. even i issued memo no change found. he is playing vital role in his department. please let me know which action can be taken against him..

Dear seniors & all kindly help me in knowing that there is a law on salary deduction allowed in 3 late mark comming. the reason i ask this is because many senior & executive level employees of my company report late at work & the office timing is 10.00 am to 6.00 pm with grace period of 20.00 min. but still many come post 10.30 am and still are been paid full salary without any deduction. i have convinced my management team for a deduction of half day salary on 3 occation of late mark without adjusting it to the employees previlaged leave. please advise if i am correct on my part. awaite for your reply & legal law regards ms. ruth hosmani

Hi good morning all recetly we started implimenting a new policy where if the employee comes late 3 times in a month should be issued late memo and also intimating him that from next late onwards his halfday leave will be deducted for each late. this memo should be given to each employee by keeping a cc to the concerned dept head. can you please provide me sample late memo format. devanur
Double time deduction, late in, early out, attendance calculation
I m working in an manufacturing industry. timing is 9am to 6pm. 15 min grace period late will be applicable all days. if an employee punch by 9.16 the salary will be debited for 32 minutes. except leave all late in and early out are calculated double the times. is this correct. can we approach employer court for double deduction.
