We have been providing Man power service to an defence establishment where the salary of my workers have been revised to more than Rs. 15000/- P M . The client do not want to pay EPF to the workers by telling that their wages are more than Rs.15000/-. My argument with the customer on the coverage of EPF to the workers who have been continuing in the employment need to be covered, is cutting ice. The client wanted written proof for that. Does anyone has proof in writing(order). Could you please share it ?
Another client of ours ( a central Govt Company ) wanted us to employ some workers of 59 years old and does want them to be covered under
EPF being 59 years old. Could this be accepted. What is the legal standing on tis matter.
Thanks and Regards,
