Can a Partnership firm issue salary slip if its employees are paid in cash? and Is it compulsory to deduct PF if salary is around 12000?

Hi,
Yes you can issue salary slips but as an organisation it is compulsory to make payment in cheque or direct credit to bank account. Also, it is mandatory for every employer to deduct PF for employees drawing salary below 15000/-
