Please check Delhi Employment (standing orders) act for minimum manpower for applicability. If the Act is appllicable to your company read clause about age of superannuation in it.

Located in gurgaon.Then also I need to look Delhi standing order. If applicable kindly share me standing order which has applicable for haryana state.
