Hii I am working as first line manager in pharmaceutical MNC and i am facing High Attrition in my team. I treat all my subordinates with respect and positive atmosphere and have good professional & personal relations with most of them. Nobody have any complaint/grievance against me but still they prefer to leave the job after certain period of time.Surprising coincidence is that all 9 people who left the organisation and my team got married within 2 month after resignation and gave reason of more money requirement due to marriage for leaving the job. one of the main reason i feel is that our organisation is not offering competitive packages to people and for last 2 years increments also were very below than industry standard.
My HR manager and boss both are trying to know from all people weather i am the culprit behind this high attrition rate but not a single person have said anything negative or bad thing about me.on the contrary all had supported me during exit interviews.I came to know from one of my subordinates that HR manager was provocating that person with the sentence .. i feel bad for you.you got bad manager .That person strongly refused and immediately informed me
So basically i want to know why this HR managers is behind me when there is absolutely no problem from my side and less salaries of the people (Avg 3 lac/an) is the real issue.
What are my rights and what can i do against that HR manager ? Please guide.
