Dear all,
Greetings!!!!
I am having 5.4 yrs experience out of which 4 yrs into recruitment n administration role.I have taken 3 yrs break after my delivery n now I am planning to join new job.
Can some one tell me the standard rate of hike offer by the companies currently. Also does it going to effect my pay structure as I have taken a long break of 3 years.
Please advise.

Hi,
Normally 20-30 % of hike is offered to candidates, it still depends candidate's profile , experience and of course the company where you are going for interview .
There will be small effect on your remuneration part as the gap of 3 years matters a lot, still if you can explain to recruiters the genuine reasons of gap, they may be flexible, but still after this gap mostly candidates have less space to negotiate on salary and profile, as HR will definitely try to take advantage of this point to minimize the CTC of yours.
