As regard wages, the Central minimum wages and State Minimum wages differ, certainly when an organisation providing wages adhering to the central labour law they have to adopt the same for the employees and there may no relevant with the state, however, when the wages minimum fixed in according to the state labour act, you should adapt the procedures of the state laws.
