Dear Parag Nademwar,
I think that the retired employee is provided re-employment as a fixed-term contract employee and not either as a contract labour through any contractor or as a consultant with retainer fee. Whether he is an FTC employee or contract labour, he is entitled to all leave benefits as before as the arrangement is that of contract of service only. In the latter case, he is not entitled to normal employment benefits including leave as it is only a contract for service.
