Our company is suddenly closed on April-2017 with 2 month salary pending and not given any notice period for 30 employees.
The F&F settlement copy is given through mail 29-06-2007 and submitted signed hard copy to company dated on 03.07.2017.
Again company had sent Updated F&F settlement copy through mail 13.07.2017 and again submitted signed hard copy to company dated on 19.07.2017.
Company going to vacate office building this month end (July-2017). Still now we are not getting F&F settlement amount.
Whether It should be paid after 45 days from submission date of 19.07.2017? Company delays this settlement amount due to recovery of client outstanding amount.
When we will get this amount? What is the procedure to be followed in this situation? What to do further?.
And PF fund also not deposited in PF ACCOUNT.
Please advice.
