Dear All,
We are a charitable trust working among people with disabilities, HIV and/AIDS and Leprosy. Apart from the charitable activities, we do have objectives in the trust deed to open schools etc under the same management (Trust). Hence, In January we have obtained permission to run school. Now we are in the process of recruiting staff for school and would like to know the following.
1. Can we have a service contract for 11 months on stamp paper or should we issue an appointment letter on letter head
2. If service contract, should the agreement be between staff and school name or between staff and trust name.
3. If it is on letter head on which letter head should we issue, trust letterhead or school letterhead
4. Can I mention in the appointment letter that the appointment is only for one year, eligible for reappointment subject to performance review.
Appreciate your kind assistance in this matter.
